Returns & Refunds

Standard cartographic works purchased online may be cancelled within 7 days of receiving your order if you change your mind.

Please contact orders@34degreesdesign.com within the 7-day period and we will provide the return instructions. The direct cost of returning a change-of-mind purchase is for the customer’s account.

Please take reasonable care of the work and, where possible, return it in the protective packaging in which it arrived.

Any refund due following a valid cooling-off cancellation will be processed to the original payment method within 30 days of cancellation.

Every work is checked before dispatch.

If your order arrives damaged, has a production fault, or is not the work you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the work and packaging.

Where a work is confirmed to be damaged or defective, we will work with you to arrange the replacement, refund or other remedy available under applicable consumer law, at no additional cost to you.

Paper and canvas works are dispatched rolled in protective tubes and should be removed carefully.

Damage caused after delivery by bending, creasing, scratching, marking or other mishandling is not considered a production or delivery fault.

Minor colour differences can occur between screens and printed works. This is a normal consequence of differences between digital displays and print and is not, by itself, considered a production fault.

International shipping is quoted separately before payment. Import duties, taxes, customs charges or other destination-country charges remain the purchaser’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

For a return, damaged delivery or production issue, email orders@34degreesdesign.com with your name, order number and a short description of the request.

Your rights under applicable South African consumer law are not limited by this policy.
